SDH NY (operated by SDH PAINTS INC) ships from the United States.
U.S. Shipping
We offer the following U.S. shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): estimated 2–5 business days

Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): estimated 1–3 business days
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders $100+ (before taxes and after discounts, unless stated otherwise). Free shipping ships via our standard method unless otherwise noted.
International Shipping
International orders ship via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout when available.
Customs, duties, and import taxes may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in your order total.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing (for international orders) may impact delivery.
Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it is received back. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then email us at contact@sdhny.com and we’ll do our best to help.
